This section coordinates and implements the research grant application process including government, university, private/industry/NGO and international research funds. This section also manages the management of the application for double tax deduction to the industry involved.
RESEARCH GRANT APPLICATION
This section is responsible for managing the application process, application evaluation and registration of all research grants including government, university, private/industry/NGO and international research funds.
UMT provides nine types of internal grants such as TAPE-RG, PPRG, IPRG, MG1+3, GGRG, RIGS, PGRG, SRG and ID²RG as UMT’s efforts to support the research activities of academics. These internal grants are also monitored by the Grant Monitoring Section.
