RESEARCH GRANT MONITORING
This section coordinates the monitoring and presentation processes of research projects in accordance with research grant guidelines and governance.
There are two monitoring sections:
- Ministry and Government Agency Grant Monitoring Section
- University Grant Monitoring Section (DP-UMT) / Industry / Private Sector / NGO / International
FUNCTIONS
To manage the monitoring of active grants to ensure alignment with the proposals approved by the funders.
To manage the monitoring of completed grants to ensure compliance with the approved proposals and the governance requirements of the funders.
To manage the governance compliance process in project/grant management to ensure that all actions taken by researchers adhere to the funders’ regulations.
To manage the appointment and allowance payments of GRA/RA to ensure alignment with the targets stated in the proposal and the governance requirements of the funders.
